Age
The user must be above the age of 24 years. Some vehicles require a minimum age of 25.
Documents Required
- Valid driving license issued by the competent authority.
- Original DL and one of: Voter ID / Aadhaar / Passport at the time of delivery.
- Inability to verify identity may render the booking void.
Security Deposit
₹2,000 for Hatchback/Sedan and ₹3,000 for SUVs/MUVs, payable at the start of the trip.
Payment Terms
Full rental amount + security deposit to be paid at the trip start.
Fastag
Fastag is installed on each car. Recharge via PhonePe / GPay / Paytm (no OTP needed). Unused balance is non‑refundable.
Fuel
Fuel to be borne by the user. Vehicle should be returned at the same fuel level as received. Excess fuel (if any) may be refunded up to ₹1,000 based on average mileage.
KM Restriction
Allowed limit is 250 km/day (average). For 4 days, total allowed is 1,000 km. Extra km charges:

Accident Protection & Liability
Standard Liability (no protection):

Full damage cost (irrespective of insurance) applies if any of the following occur:
- Driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
- Reckless, rash, or negligent driving causing major damage.
- Off-road driving, racing, or unauthorized use.
- Continuing to drive despite a major mechanical issue.
- Incorrect/fraudulent DL information.
- Violation of the Motor Vehicles Act.
With the Accident Protection Plan (optional premium shown at booking), the renter’s maximum liability is capped at ₹2,000.
Drop/Pickup Points
Vehicle must be returned at the agreed pickup point unless otherwise arranged.
Rental Period
Calculated on a 24‑hour basis (time‑to‑time). E.g., 10 AM to next day 10 AM = 1 day.
Extra Hours
Extra hours are charged at (Daily Rental / 12) per hour. If extra time exceeds 6 hours, a full day charge applies instead.
Extensions
Contact FuFu Gadi to extend; subject to vehicle availability.
Replacement Vehicle
Provided in case of vehicle failure, subject to availability.
Cleanliness
Cars are delivered cleaned. User must avoid:
- Leaving tobacco products.
- Smoking burns or interior damage.
- Food leftovers/packaging bottles etc.
Non‑compliance: ₹500 interior cleaning; actuals for damaged parts.
Cancellation & Refund
Advance (₹999) is fully refunded if cancelled 96+ hours prior to start. Otherwise, no refund.
Airport & Doorstep
Airport delivery/pickup (one way): ₹700. Doorstep delivery: reasonable charge based on distance.
Penalties & Other Charges
- Over‑speeding (>110 kmph): ₹1,000 fine.
- Drunk at drop: full damage repair cost.
- Smoking/drinking inside vehicle: ₹1,000 fine.
- Challans during rental: to be borne by user.
Booking & Payment
Advance: ₹4,000 (Tempo Traveller), ₹6,000 (Urbania). Full payment before trip completion; part payments allowed during trip.

- Keep interiors clean; smoking/alcohol/food leftovers may incur ₹500 cleaning fine.
Cancellation & Refund
- 30+ days: Full refund
- 15–29 days: 75% of advance
- 7–14 days: 50% of advance
- 0–6 days: No refund
KM Limit & Charges
- Total KM Limit: 200 KM × number of hire days
- Excess KM: Urbania 13/17 seater ₹40/₹45 per km; Tempo Traveller ₹30 per km
Driver Duty Hours
- Average duty: 12 hours
- Extra driver charges may apply outside 6 AM – 9 PM window

Advance: 25% of total package. Full payment required before trip start.
