• Age: 24+ years, DL issued ≥ 1 year ago. International DLs allowed with passport + valid visa.
• KYC: Original DL + one Govt. ID (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID). We may take a selfie with DL at handover.
• Deposit: ₹5,000–₹15,000 (car segment). Refund within 24–48 hrs post inspection & FASTag/toll reconciliation to the original mode.

• Advance: ₹4,000 (Tempo) / ₹6,000 (Urbania).
• Inclusions (package-wise): driver bata, fuel, tolls, parking, interstate taxes if specified; otherwise at actuals.
• Features: AC, pushback seats, music system, ample luggage space. Urbania: premium ride comfort & higher seating (13/17 seater).

• Share travel dates, group size, hotel category (Budget/Standard/Deluxe/Premium) and special interests (wildlife/heritage/adventure).
• Quote → Finalization → 25% advance to block hotels/vehicles → 50% T-14 days → 25% at trip start (typical).
• IDs: All adult guests must carry Govt. ID; some sectors need ILP/permits (we assist).
