The primary driver must generally be 24 years or older; selected premium SUVs may require a minimum age of 25. Carry a valid Driving Licence and one government-issued ID such as Aadhaar, Voter ID or Passport. Additional drivers must be declared and approved before pickup.
Pay ₹999 to reserve the selected car. The remaining rental amount is payable before pickup. The refundable security deposit is generally ₹2,000 for hatchbacks and sedans and ₹3,000 for SUVs and MUVs, subject to the selected vehicle and booking terms.
Yes. FuFu Gadi cars may be used for road trips across Assam and Northeast India, including Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura. Travellers must arrange any required permits or Inner Line Permits and comply with local road, checkpoint and entry rules.
Pickup from the FuFu Gadi office at Six Mile is free. Airport delivery is ₹700, Guwahati Railway Station delivery is ₹300, Kamakhya Junction delivery is ₹500, and doorstep delivery within Guwahati generally ranges from ₹200 to ₹700, depending on the location and available slot.
Fuel is borne by the customer, and the car should be returned with the same fuel level at which it was received. Every car has FASTag, which may be recharged through common UPI apps. The standard self drive package generally includes 220 km per day unless a different limit is displayed in the booking summary; extra kilometres are charged at the vehicle-specific rate.
FuFu Gadi provides 24×7 trip assistance. Depending on the issue, location and availability, the team may provide remote guidance, coordinate local support or arrange a replacement vehicle. Assistance does not cover problems caused by prohibited, negligent or unauthorised use.
The optional Accident Protection Plan reduces eligible accidental-damage liability to ₹2,000. Without the plan, the standard liability cap is generally up to ₹25,000 for hatchbacks and sedans and ₹35,000 for SUVs and MUVs. Drunk driving, rash driving, unauthorised drivers, off-road misuse and policy violations remain fully chargeable.
An extension is possible only when the car is available for the requested period and must be approved before the scheduled return time. Additional hours or days are charged at the applicable rate. Preponement or postponement may attract the change fee stated in the booking policy.
Cancellation charges depend on how early the booking is cancelled. A minimum deduction may apply, and charges increase as the pickup time approaches, reaching up to 100% for very late cancellations. The applicable refundable amount is calculated according to the booking policy and timing of cancellation.
