Yes. Destinations, number of nights, sightseeing, hotel category and vehicle can be changed according to your dates, group size, budget and preferred travel pace. We will also suggest changes when a route appears rushed or impractical.
The written quotation clearly states whether the vehicle, driver, fuel, toll, parking, hotels, breakfast, permits, safaris and local vehicles are included. Any service not mentioned as included should be treated as payable separately.
Vehicle selection depends on passenger count, luggage, route, terrain and availability. Options may include Dzire, Creta, XUV700, Innova Crysta, Force Urbania and Tempo Traveller. The confirmed category is stated in the quotation.
Drivers are assigned according to the route and vehicle category, with practical experience on commonly operated Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh circuits. Daily timing may be adjusted for weather, road conditions, daylight and driver safety.
Permit guidance or coordination can be included where required, such as Inner Line Permit assistance for Arunachal Pradesh or Nagaland. Travellers must provide correct documents within the requested time. Government approval remains subject to the applicable rules.
These excursions generally require a locally arranged vehicle and permit from Tawang. The main tour vehicle normally remains in Tawang. The local vehicle cost is separate unless it is specifically included in the written quotation.
Hotels and safari coordination can be included when requested. Availability, room category, meal plan, safari zone and cancellation conditions will be stated separately. Wildlife sightings and specific safari zones cannot be guaranteed.
